Employee Spotlight - Brandon Dygraaf
Brandon Dygraaf joined the Novo team just over 2 and a half years ago and has made a great difference in the time he has been on the team. Check out his story below.
Brandon Dygraaf is a warehouse Order Puller at the Zeeland Michigan branch. Before joining the team at Novo Building Products, he was delivering furniture. Now, being in his role for just over two and a half years, his job entails following scanners and placing Novo products in jigs, and building the best units his team can while not breaking any product.
When asked about his job and overall experience working at Novo Building Products, Brandon mentioned that he loves the atmosphere it brings, and the freedom it also has working on your own. His favorite experiences have been when the company caters food in when he and his team worked five, 12-hour days in order to meet demands. He also appreciates it when the supervisors help work around his hours when needed. He has enjoyed working with each supervisor.
Brandon’s favorite products are very specific and some that many would not know to name, but being an Order Puller, he quickly became familiar with all of the different SKUs in the warehouse. His top five profiles are listed below.

When Brandon is not working or thinking of all of Novo’s products, he likes to spend time with his friends, go on hikes, watch movies, TV shows, work out, and go out to dinner with others.
Overall, his time at Novo has been great and his hard work has been noted by the leadership team which led to his spotlight nomination by Jeff Leys. The Novo family is grateful to have a hard worker such as Brandon on the team.
