Employee Spotlight - Chrysnel Banzouzi
Chrysnel is a Team Leader and Stocker at the Chesapeake facility. He has been with the company for 22 years, and his job focuses on making sure all orders are pulled in a timely manner. He is also tasked with keeping stock of inventory, keeping work areas clean, and keeping his team motivated.
Being at Novo Building Products for 22 years, Chrysnel has gotten close to many of his coworkers, and those friendships are what he loves most about his job. From managers to the inside sales team, he enjoys working with every single team that he encounters throughout the day. He also really enjoys opportunities to travel to other facilities.

When Chrysnel is off the clock, he really enjoys working out and working on cars, as well as spending time with his family. When asked what his favorite place in the world is, he said it would have to be home with his family.
“Working at Novo/Empire for the past 22 years has been a great experience. I’ve met wonderful people who have been good to me and we’ve shared wonderful experiences and memories. It’s a really good work environment.”
Overall, Chrysnel’s time at Novo has been wonderful and his whole team is extremely appreciative of his good heart and team-oriented perspective. He is always looking out for the team and that is something that the Novo team is proud of. The Chesapeake facility is thankful to have him on their team.
